Good day, i would like to change my national id delivery address and cellphone number to the following information below :

Old address : 35 malolos ave st. Brngy 146 bagong barrio caloocan city.
New  Address : 1357 gulod 2 brngy. San Jose Patag Santa maria Bulacan.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Jul 28, 2023 07:17:31 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Change of national id delivery address and mobile number.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

At this moment, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
