Good day!

I am Joy Angiela Garraez, a graduate student working on my thesis entitled “An Analysis of the Impact of Government Innovation Subsidy on Firms: The Case of the Philippines”.  One of the sources I will be utilizing for my thesis is the 2009 Survey of Innovation Activities of Establishments (SIA). With this, I would like to humbly request the firm-level dataset (public use file) of the 2009 SIA.
