Greetings! I'd like to inquire about my unclaimed and possible destroyed/lost national ID Card.

I failed to claim my national ID at the central post office in Manila. Now that it has burnt down, I'd like to inquire to a possible reprint or reclaim of the National ID to finally finish this process of getting a primary ID.
