I would like to request the employment rate of CITIES/MUNICIPALITY in NCR for October 2019 and October 2020. 

For the consistency of our research data, we need to exclude a particular city (Quezon City) in computing the employment rate in regional level (NCR). For this reason, can the process of computation of employment per region from provincial/cities be disclosed?
