Hi PSA,

As part of our 2022 study on Power Disruptions in the Philippines, we would like to request for the data of the 2004 and 2011 Household Energy Consumption Survey (HECS) and a copy of the survey instrument (questionnaire).

The same data used in the tables from this report:
