Good Morning, i would like to request a TRN for my national id. I lost my trn copy. And i cant find it anymore. Im hoping you can help me this so that i can download my national id. Thank you and God bless U.

In reference to your concern requesting for the transaction reference number (TRN) for lost transaction slip, please coordinate directly and provide the following details to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph:

1) Name (Surname, Given name, Middle name)
2) Date of Birth (Month/Day/Year)
3) Sex
4) PhilSys Registration Center (RC) where you registered
