Hi! 

On behalf of my group, l would like to request for the dataset of the Functional Literacy, Education and Mass Media Survey (FLEMMS) 2019 across the provincial level, preferably in a comma separated value (.csv) or in  as it will be used for our thesis paper.

The data will only be used for research purposes.  Rest assured we will comply with any further requirements needed.

1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Research/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFstudent)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
