Hi! I would like to request for the copies of CENOMAR of my Father, Because I believe that the CENOMAR I have received has been altered. 

My fathers Name is Ambrando Olaes Lapuz, and He got married twice First on my Mother which documents are PSA certified.

After my mother's death 1986, He then got married wayback 1994. 

 But according to the last CENOMAR  I have requested he has been married once and it was on the second wife.

How could that happen if PSA issued as a certificate of Marriage From my mother and Father, and indicates only that he was been married in the second wife.
