Good day! I am Jiezel Camlian, a college student, and currently doing a research project which is a game that will benefit deaf and mute students in the Philippines. I would like to request for information regarding:

- Total percentage of deaf and mute population in the PH 2022. 
- Total number of the mute and deaf students in the Philippines according to region 2022.
- Total percentage of deaf and mute students in the Philippines from year 2009-2022.
