gusto ko lang po mag follow up ng national id ko.my name is Philip Ballesteros Saura,last march 18,2021 ng matapos ko ang biometrics sa Phlsys Tanay..ngaun kapag tintatrack ko ang id ko laging NOT FOUND..one year n po ang nakakalipas pero wala pa din ung id ko..sana po matulungan niyo po ako para makuha na ung national id ko..salamat po

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 
We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
