I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card. Because i lost it ..pwede po ba ako makapag request ng replacement ng philsys id ko

Kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
