I am writing to request access to records or information that may be available in your office. Specifically, I would like to request for the average height of men and women aged 18-60 years old from 1970-2022.

In accordance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016), otherwise known as the “Operationalizing in the Executive Branch the People’s Constitutional Right to Information, and the State Policies of Full Public Disclosure and Transparency in the Public Service and Providing Guidelines Therefor,” I am seeking the said records as a Filipino citizen.
