Thank you for your request dated Jul 25, 2023 12:06:17 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National ID.

Your FOI request is approved.

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.
