Hi,

I would like to request for the change of my birthplace in my National ID. My birthplace is listed as City of Binan, Laguna but my birthplace in my birth certificate is San Pedro, Laguna. Thank you.

We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
