Hello, I need to update my PhilID phone number as it has expired and can no longer receive messages, including OTP for accessing my ePhilID. Your assistance is appreciated.

At this moment, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
