Hello! Is it possible to ask for another National ID?

Unfortunately, I lost my wallet, and am unable to find it. It has my National ID inside.

lam a student, and badly need my National ID for identification/validation purposes.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
