I am requesting a certified copy of my marriage certificate on Dec 3, 1978 in Baguio City. I am currently residing in Daly City CA, USA. Fely Gagujas Alminiana married with Arturo Arquero Alminiana. My husband passed away and will need a copy of our marriage certificate for our benefits. Thank you!  I can be reached by email:
