Good day!

We are currently working on a thesis proposal to compare the total number and causes of deaths. This research will help generate insights  on the impact of COVID-19 pandemic in Western Visayas. 
I would like to ask if you can release the cause of death as SARS-COV infection. In addition, a complete cause of death from immediate, antecedent and underlying cause together with its other significant conditions. In relation to this, I would like to request for:

1. Death certiticate of an anonymized indivual in Western Visayas in the year 2019 and 2020.

We do not provide copies of death certificates due to data confidentiality, we only released data on the number of registered deaths.
