I would like to request for change of Delivery address of my National id due to some reason,
- I am currently on my hometown and currently continued my studies on my college degree in which when I was ask for the delivery address of my National id I hereby addressed it on Pampanga due to I am still working before and I don't really expect that it would take yrs to be delivered and now I am now at Bicol region, that's why I solemnly ask for changing the delivery address.

Thank you for your request dated Jul 26, 2023 09:41:51 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Request for changing the delivery address of National ID.

Your FOI request is approved.

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.
