Hi! I have checked the Statistical Yearbooks and only found six subcategories of CPI for the years 1988-1994: All items; Food, Beverages, and Tobacco; Clothing; Housing and Repairs; Fuel, Light, and Water; Services; and Miscellaneous compared to the 11 being used in the backcasted 2018 prices in the Openstat. The data is unfortunately only available starting 1995.

I would like to request for a more disaggregated CPI for all items by region for the years 1988-1994 using the new categories used in the most recent CPI report. Thank you.
