Hi good day! I would like to request for a new National ID. I lost my wallet at school with my National ID on it. I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card. Because, I badly needed it for school and other offices. Thank you!

You asked for Lost of National ID and PSN. Can I get new National ID?.

Kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
