Hello. I would like to know the background of my deceased father

My fatherpassed away in 2006 and he was 74 at that time. I dont have any background of him neither met his relatives. He told me his parents were CELESTINO and CRISPINA. He said he bas a twin sister. They were born in October 11,1932 but no birth certs were released before. In the NSO his birth certificate was dated October 11, 1942 (a difference of 10years)

1. Can you search for a name CELESTINO PINEDA BAUTISTA or CELESTINO BAUTISTA?

2. Can you search for the  bc of CRISPINA AGUILUZ MANALO or CRISPINA MANALO BAUTISTA or CRISPINA BAUTISTA, AVELINO/AVELINA BAUTISTA, VOLTAIRE MANALO BAUTISTA?

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not provide such information you have requested. 

Please be advised that we are not authorized to verify a specific record due to RA10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

You may try to coordinate and request for a manual verification with the Local Civil Registry Office in the city/municipality where they were born and where their birth records were registered
