I would like to request the following CSPro data files and dictionaries for:

1. FIES 2015
2. FIES 2018
3. FIES 2021

I would need the sampling weights and expenditures for all respondents in the country

You asked for FIES raw data for 2015, 2018 and 2021.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. 

In reference to your data request, you may try accessing the datasets of FIES through our PSADA portal:
http://psada.psa.gov.ph/index.php/home

Kindly take note that our FIES 2021 v2 is not yet available for dissemination.

Good day. I tried to access FIES raw data in this link http://psada.psa.gov.ph/index.php/home but nothing comes out of the search results when I search for FIES 2015, 2018 and 2021. Latest data I could find is for 2012.

I would like your help because maybe there is something wrong on how I use the link provided. It would be very helpful for example if you can give me a more direct link to resources related to FIES 2015, 2018 and 2021.
