Hello, Good day! Can I request a certificate of no income for my autistic son's scholarship we intended to apply for? He's just 4 yrs old and we will try to apply for a scholarship at PSHF Lighthouse Learning Center Inc. This scholarship application requires the Certificate of no income of the parents.
