Good day ma'am/sir,

I am writing to you for the reason that I've lost my transaction reference number in claiming my Philippine National Id registered last year around February-May 2022 in SM Angono Rizal. Last October 5,2022 I was still able to try searching for the status of my ID via https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ but the result says that it wasn't found. Will I still be able to claim it even if I don't have in my hands the claiming stab and how will I be able to check the status of it.
