I am writing a research on ALS program. Part of the topic I want to highlight is the illiteracy rate in the country. As such, I would like to request for the following information:

1. What is the overall illiteracy rate in the country?
2. What is the illiteracy rate in region 6?
3. What is the illiteracy rate in Bacolod City?
