Hi I would like to follow up for my National ID since its been already 10 months since I applied and according to your system, it will only take 3 months. Upon tracking, it says "not found". Since the COMELEC will not issue a Voters ID, this national ID is necessary for transactions. Please update.

Despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2.
We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in the 1st and 2nd quarter of 2021.

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, which features an alternate and digital version of the PhilID that can be used ahead of the physical card.

You may also track your PhilID using the transaction number printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. Kindly visit https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ to check the status of delivery.
