Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Apr 29, 2020 09:24:34 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Honeylyn Magsayo Diokno.

We regret to deny your request. As we mentioned last time, we do not provide information on our civil registry certificates due to the Data Privacy Act.

You may request for a copy of her birth certificate via our PSA Serbilis Outlets or via online.

However, please be informed that currently all our PSA Serbilis Outlets and online application services in Luzon are temporarily closed due to work suspension until further notice (https://psa.gov.ph/content/public-advisory-8).
