Good day!

On behalf of GEN FRANCIS I. HERMOSURA, we would like to ask for your assistance regarding this matter. We would like to know where we can request a replacement for the lost National ID but the thing is we can't find any email addresses from the ILOILO offices. We want to know how can we retrieve the National ID.

You asked for I would like to ask for a National ID replacement.

Your FOI request is approved. 

In reference to your concern, kindly wait for the announcement in our official channels for the process of replacement of lost/stolen PhilIDs.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
