You asked for Birth Certificate.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We regret that we do not provide such information. To verify the birth certificate, you may request for a manual verification in the Local Civil Registry Office where the birth record was registered. Or you may request to our CRS Outlets or through online.

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.
