Hello,
I received my National ID but upon checking it,  there is a mistake made in my National ID card. It says that I am single. I am not single. The full name is correct, which is my married full name, and all my information was correct when I gave my information to the national ID registration people my information. Please help, please correct this marital status error. I would really appreciate your help. Thank you.

At this moment, the process to change the information provided on your Step 2 registration is not yet available. Please stay tuned to our official Facebook page  https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial or our website at http://philsys.gov.ph for the PhilID updating and renewal process. We encourage you to keep your PhilID and avoid sharing it on social media or with other people to protect your personal information.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
