I am trying to find a birth certificate for my grandfather. 
Name: Juan Bacahan Bolongon
Born: 17 March 1900
City: Negros Occidental/ Bacolod

I am not sure of his parents’ names. 

Is this something you can help with?

Please be informed that we are not authorized to verify a specific record due to RA10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

Moreover, we do not have civil registry certificates from years 1945 and below.

For the specific concern, you may try to coordinate with the National Archives of the Philippines.
