Hi! I would like to ask if I can get a replacement for my lost National ID Card. Because, I don't have any valid Id to process my documents in Applying for a Job. Thank you!

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
