Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated May 02, 2022 07:55:38 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for FIES latest survey.

Your FOI request is approved.

In reference to your request to the public use files, please submit the following documents to email address info@psa.gov.ph:

1) Letter of Request addressed to our Head of Agency with an affixed signature of the Researcg/Thesis Adviser indicating the specific data of puf, its reference period, and the purpose of using the microdata
2) Accomplished Data Product Agreement Form (https://tinyurl.com/DPAFstudent)

Once these documents are received, we will submit these for approval and verify the availability of the pufs. We will process and provide you the data sets as soon as possible.
