I am writing to request access to data on the number of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in operation by municipality per region for the years 2018 to 2022. This information is critical for my academic research.

Specifically, I would like to request data in the following format:

Region, Province, Municipality, MSME Category, and Number of Establishments.
