You asked for The number of low income earners in Each municipality in Pampanga.

Your FOI request is approved. 

PSA collects and releases statistics on income through the Family Income and Expenditures Survey (FIES) which is designed to give income estimates at the National and Regional level only. Hence, information for municipalities in Pampanga is included in the reports for Region III. FIES results including income brackets can be retrieved from the following:
