Hi! I requested for my PSA Marriage Certificate it came out unconverted and I receive an negative status from PSASerbilis. 

We need it so we can request for a spousal visa to Canada. Stated below are the information:

Husband: John Mel D. Kapusan
Wife: Princess Baijamillah M. Matalam

Married on: July 10, 2023
Married in: Datu Anggal Midtimbang, Maguindanao.
