Hi! I would like to request for changing of my permanent address that is stated on my National ID. The number in my address is wrong.

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 13, 2023 01:08:11 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for National ID Changing of Address.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.
