Hi! I would like to ask regarding on my National ID, i registered myself year 2021 in Olongapo City, Zambales. Until now Dec. 2023, don't have any update about my ID. I would like to follow up about my long lost ID. I tried to go to the nearest philsys but they don't have my ID.

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
