I would like to request to change my present address and delivery address indicated in my application for National ID. Below is the information:

Given Name: Carren
Middle Name: Morados

Registration Center: PSA-Butuan
New present and delivery address: Purok Madasigon, Brgy.  Quezon, Tandag City, Surigao del Sur - 8300

Greetings!

Thank you for your request dated Oct 25, 2022 01:25:33 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Change of present address and delivery address of my National ID.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the request to change/revert/edit any details including the delivery address that was provided during the Step 2 registration is not yet available for processing.

Kindly wait for the announcement in regard to the updating or renewal of your PhilID.

Be reminded that you do not need to register again, since you will be provided with your PhilSys Number or permanent and unique identification number upon completing your Step 2 registration process.

You may also track your PhilID using the transaction number printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration. Kindly visit https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/ to check the status of delivery.
