Greetings! 
I would like to ask for help on how can I retrieve my National Id or any other ways to replace my Philld. I always used it on different transactions and important events. Thank you very much.

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
