Hi!
I would like to ask how long will it take before I can request a PSA copy of my birth certificate with annotation that is already cancelled.
I sent an email to crs.qvu2@psa.gov.ph with the same query and information that they might need for verification,but I haven't heard from them. 
I am in the process of correcting all credentials, including my passport. The Department of Foreign Affairs asked me to submit PSA copy of my second birth certificate with annotation its cancelled.
