Hi. I would like to correct my National ID information. My real Birthdate is January 18, 2002 but it was written as January 16, 2002.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. As of now, we encourage you to keep your PhilID safe and wait for further announcements on the process of updating incorrect information printed in your PhilIDs.  

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
