Purpose: To make request if I can have a new National ID

Tracking no: #PSA-984946595758

Cefrid Paul 12:41 PM, Jan 06, 2024

Good day! I would like to request a new philsys ID or National ID. It was lost around July 2023 and I went to your physical booth to make a request but no updates. I gave them my name and my number too.

This request is only for the benefit of having a valid ID and for my own benefits as well.
