Good day! I would like to request for changing my delivery address in Block 9 Lot 33 Anthorium St. Alfonso Homes II Sta Rosa, Laguna . 77445229170015520020316040932 this is my Philsys no. Therefore, I am humbly requesting for the delivery of my national ID. I do really appreciate you reading this message and am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!

Thank you for your request dated Sep 23, 2023 12:17:57 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for DELIVERY OF MY NATIONAL ID.

Your FOI request is approved. 

We would like to inform you that the address for delivery of the PhilID cannot be updated; the Post Office will attempt to deliver your PhilID to the address you provided during your Step 2 registration. You may authorize an individual from your previous address to receive your PhilID, or you may claim your PhilID at the Post Office. Please provide an authorization letter and a copy of your ID to your authorized representative.

You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

For other concerns, you may reach PhilSys Registry Office thru email at info@philsys.gov.ph, Hotline 1388, and https://facebook.com/PSAPhilSysOfficial.
