My name is Emmanuel Polea, and I am a Civil Engineering student at Cebu Institute of Technology-University. I am formally requesting Data for the population of PWDs (Working, Non-working, Gender, Age, etc.) in Cebu City. I am currently working on a research project related to the inclusion and well-being of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) in Cebu City for my academic thesis.
