This is Rachelle Quarez, a graduating student from the University of the Philippines-Diliman, and I am writing to request for the Data for Midterm evaluation of Rice Competitive Enhancement Fund Monitoring and Evaluation Survey (if publicly available already) data for our groups’ current thesis.
