Thank you for your request dated Oct 12, 2022 08:10:45 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Birth Certificate and National ID Update.

Your FOI request is approved. 

Please be advised that our CRS Outlets DO NOT accept walk-in clients and only clients with prior appointment can be accommodated. To secure an appointment, please proceed to appointment.psa.gov.ph.

Customers may also file their requests for copies of their civil registry documents through the following:

2.     PSA Helpline via www.psahelpline.ph
3.     LGU Batch Request Entry Query System (BREQS) partners and SM Business Centers

For the PhilSys ID, despite the pandemic, we are doing our best to continue card production and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

We humbly ask for your patience and support as we currently prioritize the distribution of PhilIDs to low-income families we registered in 2020 and earlier this year. 

Meanwhile, please stay tuned for the launch of the PhilSys mobile app, an alternate and digital version of the PhilID which can be used ahead of the physical card.
