Hi Good day!  I would like to ask if I can still request for another copy of my ephilid after I lost my old one. In addition, I am originally in our province, gensan, when i applied and claimed that ID, however, I am now living here in metro manila quezon city when I lost it.  With that, can I still request for another copy of my ePhilID here in metro manila, although I applied and claimed it in a different registration center?

Please note that you need to only register ONCE in the PhilSys; with the issuance of your PhilID, your PhilSys Number (PSN), which is your permanent unique identification number in the PhilSys registry has already been generated.
