My name is Stephanie Tolentino Villanueva, and I am writing to request the release of my National ID. My Transaction Number is 101172030206030202107170241109.

Despite applying for my National ID three years ago, I have not received it. My current address is 6 Milo St., Poblacion, Manaoag, Pangasinan.

I kindly ask for your prompt assistance in resolving this matter and appreciate your attention to this request.

You asked for Request for Release of National ID.

We ask for more patience about the delivery of your PhilID. We understand that your PhilID is important to you. 

Rest assured that our efforts are geared towards more efficient card printing and delivery to accommodate the millions of Filipinos who have successfully registered for Step 1 and Step 2. 

To further assist you, kindly send your Transaction Reference Number or TRN printed on the transaction slip provided to you during your Step 2 registration to our PhilSys Registry Office through email address info@philsys.gov.ph. You may also track your PhilID using your TRN at https://tracking.phlpost.gov.ph/.

Meanwhile, you may also check if you may claim your ePhilID at https://appt.philsys.gov.ph. The ePhilID has the same functionality and validity as the physical card.
